The commodity inspection agency accepts the application for inspection. Introduction to Export Commodity Inspection Process

1. The commodity inspection agency accepts the application for inspection. First, the inspection applicant fills in the "Export Inspection Application", and provides relevant documents and materials, such as foreign trade contracts, letters of credit, original factory inspection results, etc.; the commodity inspection agency will accept the batch after reviewing the above documents to meet the requirements. Inspection of the goods; if found to be inconsistent with the requirements, the applicant may be required to supplement or revise the relevant clauses.

2. Sampling. The commodity inspection agency will send personnel to preside over the process, and random sampling will be adopted to extract samples according to different forms of goods. The applicant for inspection should provide the location of the inventory, declare the import and export customs, and cooperate with the commodity inspection personnel to do the sampling work.

3. Inspection. The inspection department can use various technical means ranging from sensory to chemical analysis, instrument analysis, etc. to inspect export commodities. The inspection forms include commodity inspection self-inspection, joint inspection, factory inspection and origin inspection.

4. Issue the certificate. The commodity inspection agency issues an inspection certificate to the commodities that pass the inspection, or stamps a release seal on the "Customs Declaration Form for Exported Goods". After obtaining the inspection certificate or release notice, the exporting enterprise shall report it for export within the specified validity period.
